Refund Policy

Request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase by contacting suport@abonance.online or using the refund request form in your account.

• This policy applies separately to each package and add-on.
• Requests within the window are not denied merely because content was opened.
• Please include the email used at checkout, the product name, purchase date, and the receipt or transaction reference.
• Refunds go to the original payment method. Payment-provider and bank processing times may vary.
• Access to the refunded product ends after the refund; your other valid purchases remain active.
• Requests outside the window may still qualify under applicable law, for non-delivery, or for other qualifying problems.
• Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited, and you are never required to give up bank dispute rights to request help.

We will confirm a refund as completed only after the payment provider confirms it.
